Infosheet highlights:
-In early July public health officials in Texas and Indiana reported a total of four suspected cases of foodborne botulism.
-Investigations conducted by state and local health departments revealed that all four patients had eaten brands of Castleberry's hot dog chili sauce.
-"Even though this recall has been out and we keep asking the media and the public to communicate the message, persons still are unaware of it. Make sure this is absolutely not on your shelves".
-What do you do during a recall?
